Every inch and ounce count when you have to push stuff around for a living. Gained nearly 1600 square inches of space on the follow cart with this lighter-weight, less-bulky installation, not even counting the unused spaces above and below the new rack.

Last time I was at Home Depot noticed that they had a collection of light aluminum panels that could work sweetly to protect the rack sides.

TIP: A word to the wise relative to the Star Case otherwise-perfect patented corner braces: you may find little balls of aluminum have stuck to the inside corners, and suggest you make a visual inspection for these remnants before attempting to install a rack in tight quarters.
